Drawing
We prepare all the drawings you need at fair prices and signed by certified architects/engineers in the state of Florida. We create site plans, elevations, floor plan, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural plans.
Permit Processing
The building permit processing can take several weeks or months depending on the kind of project. We help you save time and money while we look after the whole process, involving the submission, reviews, and resubmission (if needed), until the permit is issued. We also take care of the legalization of any construction carried out without obtaining the required permit as long as it complies with the Florida Building Code.
Renderings
We offer three-dimensional images showing the attributes of your dreamed design, including exterior, interior, and aerial renderings.
